Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order amount is $10.00 (excluding postage).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. Card payments are securely verified and processed via Shopify Payments. We never store your payment information.

  • PayPal & PayPal Express Checkout: You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked cards, or PayPal e-Cheque. (Note: e-Cheques take approximately 3–5 business days to clear, and orders are dispatched once payment clears). Please ensure your shipping address on PayPal is correct before checking out.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL):

    • PayPal Pay in 4: Split your purchase into 4 interest-free instalments. Simply select PayPal at checkout and choose Pay in 4.

    • Afterpay & Zip: Enjoy flexible, interest-free payment options. You will need an active account with Afterpay or Zip to complete checkout with these methods.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

We strive to offer high-quality products at competitive prices year-round. Because our items are already priced below standard retail rates, we unfortunately cannot offer additional wholesale discounts.

Do you offer local pick-up?

We operate purely online and do not offer local pick-up or face-to-face sales. However, we dispatch orders promptly—shipping out the following business day at the latest! Plus, we offer free delivery on all domestic orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, orders placed through our website are delivered within Australia only. If you live outside Australia and would like to place an order, please email us at info@ozbeads.com.au to inquire about international shipping options.
